I don't know what a ratings lock is, but I really liked the art you linked. The comedy capacity of that image is off the charts, that's what I think.

@Yomuchan if a mod changes the rating of a submission, we have the option to lock that rating after the change so it isn't modified back to a lower one. There have been cases of users submitting very adult images as E for shock value, the lock would prevent that user from intentionally reverting it.
Okay, I guess that makes sense.
@Pingu Thanks for the clarification! Just goes on to say any crisis can be solved with honest dialogue from both sides. Problems solved, worries eliminated.
